i am a huge fan of malcolm gladwell. his recent book is no exception. in the outliers malcolm gladwell touches on the fact that the outliers, or people who are more than extraordinary tend to have practiced more than even successful people within their industry. whether you are a designer,photographer,musician,or pop star, practice makes perfect.
